Molecular imaging will be the focus of a four-day forum in Boston next week.
The course, titled Advanced Molecular Imaging and its Clinical Translation, is sponsored by the World Molecular Imaging Society (WMIS) and the department of medicine at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center and Harvard Medical School.
The course will cover areas such as optical imaging, SPECT, PET, CT, MRI, ultrasound, and hybrid imaging, as well as contrast agent chemistry, radiotracer development, and preclinical imaging. It will also touch on regulatory, statistical, reimbursement, and logistical issues surrounding clinical translation and cover a range of conditions.
The event will be held at the Fairmont Copley Plaza from October 27-30.
