Molecular imaging developer Gamma Medica has appointed a new CEO and vice president of sales.
Philip Croxford, the new CEO, has more than 25 years of experience in the biosurgical and medical device business. He previously held CEO and president positions at LifeCell, Getinge, Draeger Medical, and Johnson & Johnson Ethicon. The firm's previous CEO, Jim Calandra, has left Gamma Medica to pursue other business opportunities.
Scott Headland is the new vice president of sales. He has more than 25 years of experience in capital medical imaging sales and was most recently national sales director for the interventional x-ray division at Toshiba America Medical Systems. Additionally, he has held various sales and leadership positions at Philips Healthcare and Siemens Healthcare.
