UltraLinq Healthcare Solutions has expanded its position in the cardiac image management space with the acquisition of Cardiostream.
Both firms specialize in medical image management and are well-established in cardiac imaging, according to UltraLinq, which is looking to broaden its image and data management portfolio.
UltraLinq has already made investments to expand from ultrasound image management into MRI, CT, and x-ray, and the Cardiostream deal will bring the company's experience in nuclear medicine to UltraLinq.
