The Medical Imaging and Technology Alliance (MITA) has appointed Sue Bunning as its director of PET industry policy.
In this position, Bunning will lead MITA's PET group and its molecular imaging section, according to the organization. Prior to joining MITA, Bunning served as director of health policy and regulatory affairs for the Society of Nuclear Medicine and Molecular Imaging (SNMMI), global vice president of government affairs for Covidien (now Medtronic), and director of government affairs for Tyco, MITA said.
