Swedish nuclear medicine software developer Hermes Medical Solutions said it is expanding its operations in North America, welcoming new leaders in the process.
First, David Hilderbrand will serve as vice president of sales, North America. Hilderbrand will be responsible for all direct and channel sales, as well as distribution channels in North America. He will focus on growing strategic customer accounts and expanding partner relationships, initiatives that are expected to enhance existing relationships between the firm and healthcare delivery systems and institutions across North America, the company said.
Hilderbrand was previously vice president of sales, strategic partners, at McKesson, and before that he served as head of informatics for the Europe region at Bayer HealthCare. Through his executive roles in North America and globally, Hilderbrand has established distribution channels and driven revenue for start-ups, midcaps, and Fortune 100 companies, the company said.
Second, the firm has named René Rebeaud as vice president of operations, North America. Rebeaud has more than 25 years of experience in medical imaging, including 12 years at Hermes, with experience in both customer relations and executive leadership. He has extensive experience in the field of computer software development dedicated to nuclear medicine imaging, Hermes said.
