Radioisotope manufacturer International Isotopes has retired more than 90% of its outstanding convertible notes.
The company has retired approximately $2.6 million of the notes through a combination of $1.8 million in early cash redemptions and $800,000 in conversions into shares of Series C preferred stock and warrants, it said.
The action represents successful resolution of about 91% of the debt associated with the notes, according to International Isotopes.
