Magnetic source imaging developer 4-D Neuroimaging reported fiscal third-quarter revenues of $5.2 million, compared with revenues of $233,000 for the same period in 1999. For the quarter (end-June 30), the San Diego-based vendor had a net loss of $182,000, compared with a net loss of $2.3 million in the same period in 1999.
4-D shipped five of its MSI systems during the quarter. Looking ahead to the fourth quarter, the firm indicated that revenue recognition is expected to return to historical levels, and remain significantly below third-quarter revenues.
