Fonar beefs up direct sales force

MRI vendor Fonar is expanding its sales force to cover every region of the U.S. The Melville, NY-based firm now has 12 sales personnel in its direct sales force, and expects to increase the headcount to 20 shortly. Previously, Fonar marketed its products through distributors, according to the vendor.
