Fonar cuts loss, raises revenue in Q3

MRI developer Fonar reported a net loss of $2.8 million on revenues of $13.1 million for the third quarter of fiscal 2001 (end March 31, 2001). Revenues for the same quarter last year were $9.9 million, and net losses were $3.9 million. The company has seen approximately 15% in revenue growth for the first three quarters of fiscal 2001 compared to the same period of fiscal 2000, while net losses have declined 3%.
