MRI components provider Intermagnetics has signed Michael Mainelli to be president of the company's Invivo business, with overall responsibility for the Latham, NY-based vendor's medical device operations.
Prior to coming to Intermagnetics, Mainelli served as president of medical device firm Stryker Spine, and also held executive posts within GE Healthcare of Waukesha, WI. Invivo interim president Thomas O'Brien will now focus on his primary responsibilities as executive vice president of corporate development.
