Computer-aided detection (CAD) developer Confirma of Kirkland, WA, plans to focus on its CAD products at this year's RSNA show, and the company will also highlight recently cemented corporate relationships.

Taking center stage in the product lineup will be CADstream, Confirma's breast MR image processing CAD technology. CADstream automates analysis, reporting, and interventional planning of studies and incorporates the American College of Radiology's BI-RADS Atlas.

SureLoc is now compatible with all interventional guidance methods and equipment, according to the company.

Confirma will also promote CADalog, a study recall program that allows radiologists to view a patient's previous studies next to current ones.

On the corporate alliance side, Confirma in May boosted CADstream's visibility with two partnerships, one with Berlex Imaging of Wayne, NJ, and another with Medipattern of Toronto. Berlex will offer CADstream via a customer accrual program; Medipattern will package its B-CAD MRI advanced morphology analysis tool with CADstream.
