MRI vendor Fonar posted double-digit growth for the company's 2014 third fiscal quarter (end-March 31).
Revenue increased 46% to $17 million, compared with $11.6 million in the third quarter of fiscal 2013. Net income was $2.1 million, an increase of 36% over last year's $1.6 million.
For the nine-month period, total revenue rose 67% to $51.5 million, compared with $30.8 million in the same period of fiscal 2013. Net income for the nine-month period increased 77% to $8.8 million, compared with $5 million in the same period of the last fiscal year.
