Breast cancer treatment products developer Orbital Therapy of Bedford, MA, has signed an agreement with Aktina Medical of Congers, NY, for the company to distribute its ClearVue prone breast radiation therapy table in the U.S.
ClearVue is a carbon-fiber table that places a patient in a prone position to reduce target motion; enhance separation between the targeted anatomy and critical structures, such as the lungs and heart; and allow for better localization of the treatment area.
