A Pennsylvania law firm is investigating potential claims against the board of directors of breast brachytherapy developer SenoRx of Irvine, CA, which agreed to be acquired Wednesday by interventional technology provider C.R. Bard.
The Law Offices of Howard G. Smith of Bensalem, PA, said the investigation concerns what it called possible breaches of fiduciary duty and other alleged violations of law related to approval of the transaction by the SenoRx board of directors.
