Accuray debuts user organization

Radiation therapy firm Accuray has created a global organization for users of its CyberKnife robotic radiosurgery systems and TomoTherapy radiation therapy systems.

Accuray Exchange in Radiation Oncology (AERO) will aim to advance patient care via worldwide clinical and technical collaboration, according to the vendor. AERO will be led and co-directed by a board of clinicians and physicists from around the world and will be administratively managed within Accuray's medical affairs group, Accuray said.
