Women's health firm AccuBoost has introduced a turnkey brachytherapy system that includes the AccuLoader high-dose-rate (HDR) afterloader.
Primarily designed for radiation oncology facilities that would like to provide AccuBoost procedures but lack the prerequisite HDR unit, the turnkey system is available at no upfront cost to the customer. Clients pay a flat monthly fee, AccuBoost said.
The first year of the contract includes six iridium-192 source replacements, the company said.
