The American Society for Radiation Oncology (ASTRO) is highlighting research and clinical trial results it will feature at its annual meeting in Chicago from October 24 to 27.
The conference will include more than 1,500 research presentations; its theme is "Embracing Change, Advancing Person-Centered Care." But the society plans to highlight 10 studies from researchers around the world at news briefings throughout the meeting, which will be held at McCormick Place.
COVID-19 vaccination -- or a negative COVID-19 test for medical exemptions -- will be required for all meeting participants, and masks will be required throughout the convention center, the ASTRO said.
