Radiation therapy software developer RaySearch Laboratories has named Hans Wigzell as the new chair of the company's board of directors.
Wigzell, a member of the board since 2004, will replace Lars Wollung, who is resigning due to time constraints, according to a release. In addition, Johanna öberg, a board member and member of the audit committee, has also resigned, citing similar reasons.
The company intends to recruit additional board members, and Wollung will remain on as an advisor during the transition period, according to the release.
