Radiation therapy clinic software provider RaySearch Laboratories posted net sales of 322.7 million Swedish krona ($30.3 million) in the fourth quarter of 2024 and ended the year with net sales of 1.2 billion Swedish krona ($112.7 million), up nearly 17% from 2023.
For the period (October-December 2024), the Stockholm, Sweden-based company posted profit after tax of 60 million Swedish krona ($5.6 million), increasing 90% over the fourth quarter of 2023. Order intake for the quarter fell nearly 4%.
For the full year (January-December 2024), RaySearch reported an 8.3% increase in order intake valued at 1.1 billion Swedish krona ($103.3 million). Profit after tax on the year landed 203.5 million Swedish krona ($19.1 million), an increase of 149%.
Significant events noted during the fourth quarter of 2024 included deals with GenesisCare UK and three centers in the French Unicancer network, all for RayStation, Institut Curie in France for RayStation and treatment planning with protons, and Trento Proton Therapy Center in Italy for proton-arc therapy using RayStation.
