McKesson HBOC to distribute Fukuda Denshi ultrasound unit

Medical products distributor McKesson HBOC Medical Group has announced an agreement with Japanese firm Fukuda Denshi to distribute the Japanese firm’s ultrasound scanner in the U.S. Richmond, VA-based McKesson, which will market the system to physicians, clinics, and acute-care settings, expects the deal to generate more than $4 million in revenues over the next three years.
