Copenhagen-based B-K Medical A/S announced that it is supplying 29 Hawk 2102 color Doppler ultrasound systems to the Russian Federation. The company, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Peabody, MA-based Analogic, is set to deliver the systems to hospitals in the Moscow, Omsk, and Khabarovsk regions before year-end.
Each of the systems will have a complete Russian-language user interface, including keyboard and user documentation. Installation and user training is slated to take place in January and February 2001, according to B-K Medical.
