Multimodality vendor Philips Medical Systems said it has expanded its collaboration with St. Francis Hospital in Indianapolis to help launch a cardiac and vascular care center.
As part of a multiyear strategic technology agreement with St. Francis, Philips will install several cardiac applications, as well as bedside monitoring and diagnostic ultrasound systems, including its Live 3D Echo technology, which visualizes difficult-to-read anatomy and assesses valve function, according to Andover, MA-based Philips.
