Longport to delay filing 2004 results

Ultrasound technology developer Longport has filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission for a deadline extension for filing its Form 10-QSB.

The Glen Mills, PA-based firm said it requires additional time to finalize its 2004 financial statements and expects to file its year-end financial results before the expiration of the 15-day extended filing deadline.
