W. L. Gore acquires Tetrad

Medical device manufacturer W. L. Gore and Associates of Newark, DE, has acquired Tetrad of Englewood, CO, a manufacturer of medical ultrasound probes, imaging systems, and surgical products.

Under the terms of the agreement, Tetrad becomes a wholly owned subsidiary of Gore. Financial details were not disclosed.
