Ellex buys Innovative Imaging

Australian firm Ellex Medical Lasers Limited has acquired ophthalmic ultrasound developer Innovative Imaging of Sacramento, CA.

The Adelaide-based firm paid $1 million for Innovative Imaging, and will make an annual payment in each of the first three years based on the performance of the business. Innovative Imaging generated $2.3 million in revenue in 2005.
