Ultrasound contrast developer Acusphere has entered into an agreement to raise $23.8 million through a stock placement with institutional investors.
The Watertown, MA, company said it would issue 9.3 million units, with each unit consisting of one share of stock and a warrant for 0.4 shares of stock at an exercise price of $3.11 per share, for a purchase price of $2.75 per unit.
