Ultrasound imaging technology developer TechniScan Medical Systems has received a $2.8 million Small Business Innovative Research (SBIR) grant from the National Institutes of Health (NIH).
The grant will be used to support further development and preclinical testing of its prototype UltraSound CT breast imaging system, according to the Salt Lake City-based firm.
