Aloka hits 200K mark in unit sales

Ultrasound developer Aloka reported that it has passed the 200,000 mark in ultrasound units sold worldwide.

The company introduced its first device, the A-mode diagnostic ultrasound system, Model SSD-2 in 1960, according to the Tokyo-based firm.
