Medical device manufacturer Mindray Medical International of Shenzhen, China, said that growth across all three of its product segments propelled the company to loftier results in its third quarter.
For the period (end-September 30), net revenue rose 59% to $76.5 million, compared with $48.3 million in the third quarter of 2006. Approximately $38.2 million of the 2007 third-quarter revenues were generated outside of China.
Net income increased 72% to $23 million, compared with $13.5 million the third quarter of 2006.
Mindray's product lines are ultrasound imaging systems, patient monitoring devices, and diagnostic laboratory instruments.
