ImaCor signs Pellerito

Transesophageal echocardiography probe developer ImaCor of Uniondale, NY, has tapped imaging industry veteran Peter Pellerito as president and CEO.

Pellerito most recently served as president and CEO of ONI Medical Systems prior to its sale to GE Healthcare of Chalfont St. Giles, U.K., in 2009. Before that, Pellerito was vice president and general manager for GE's ultrasound business. He was also worldwide director and vice president at ultrasound vendor Advanced Technology Laboratories.
