Sparacio previously served as the president, CEO, and owner of Plastic Engineering and Development in Carlsbad, CA, a custom manufacturer of plastic components and medical devices for healthcare and bioscience markets.

Damron most recently served at communications agency TBWA/Chiat/Day, leading its WorldHealth division.
