Ultrasound acoustic measurement and testing firm Acertara Acoustic Laboratories has relocated its operations from its former location at Sonora Medical Systems' facility in Longmont, CO.
The new headquarters will be a 4,500-sq-ft facility in Longmont, according to the company. Acertara was recently formed following a management-led repurchase of key technical assets and intellectual property acquired by Medical Imaging Holdings when it purchased Sonora nearly two years ago.
Founded and led by G. Wayne Moore and James Gessert, the former Sonora advanced development group reacquired the assets and the intellectual property from Medical Imaging Holdings in June.
In other Acertara news, the company said it will begin offering a turnkey U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) 510(k) submission and regulatory consulting service on September 1.
