Mindray achieves double-digit Q2 growth

Strong international sales buoyed medical equipment manufacturer Mindray Medical International to double-digit growth in its second quarter (end-June 30).

Net revenues increased 21% to $217.3 million in the second quarter of 2011, compared with $179.2 million in the second quarter of 2010. Net income rose 6% to $44.8 million, compared with $42.3 million in last year's second quarter.

International sales advanced 18% over the second quarter of 2010 to $126.6 million.
