Ultrasound services, training, parts, and probe management firm Axess Ultrasound has merged with transesophageal echocardiography (TEE) transducer repair firm Specialized Technologies.
The merger will result in a company that serves approximately 900 customers in 40 states and 11 countries, according to Axess. Operations at Specialized Technologies' existing Oklahoma offices will remain as they are, Axess said.
