Tomographic ultrasound developer Delphinus Medical Technologies has named Francis Dobscha as vice president of quality and regulatory affairs.
A 30-year healthcare industry veteran, Dobscha will be responsible for leading the firm's quality efforts and guiding regulatory submissions, according to Delphinus. Dobscha has previously served in international regulatory and quality compliance roles for companies such as DePuy-Synthes, Covidien, NOMOS, Respironics, and Medrad. He has also been director of technology and regulatory affairs at trade organization AdvaMed, Delphinus said.
