Carestream Health has installed three Touch Prime XE ultrasound scanners at Murray-Calloway County Hospital in Murray, KY.
The facility will use the devices in its main radiology department and obstetrics unit, Carestream said.
Touch Prime XE features a sealed console that allows for cleaning to reduce the risk of infection. It also is adjustable to accommodate all scanning positions to reduce repetitive stress injuries. In addition, Carestream's Smart Flow imaging capability is designed to visualize blood flow in all directions regardless of the imaging angle.
