Konica Minolta Healthcare Americas is lending its support to the American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation's (AAPM&R) ultrasound certificate program.
The Next Step Interventional Ultrasound: Hands-On PM&R Applications program is part of the AAPM&R's training initiative to teach and assess musculoskeletal and neurologic ultrasound skills through a didactic and hands-on curriculum.
Konica Minolta's contributions include its Sonimage HS1 portable musculoskeletal ultrasound scanner and UGPro Solution, both of which are designed for ultrasound-guided procedures and therapies.
AAPM&R's course will take place August 24 and 25 at the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab in Chicago.
