Exo has secured a contract with Wellstar MCG Health for its Exo Works point-of-care ultrasound (POCUS) workflow software.
Exo said the software aims to simplify and streamline ultrasound exam documentation, billing, quality assurance, and education at the point of care across healthcare systems.
The company also announced that since the implementation into Wellstar's emergency and internal medicine departments, the health system has seen increases in the rate of return on investment and quality assurance for POCUS exams. Additionally, the Medical College of Georgia at Augusta University, which has ties to Wellstar, has begun piloting Exo Works for medical student ultrasound training and feedback.
