Butterfly Network has launched two new education offerings, Butterfly Certified and ScanLab.
Butterfly Certified is a set of virtual point-of-care ultrasound (POCUS) courses that help users meet training requirements. It will be delivered in partnership with the Global Ultrasound Institute (GUSI) and is available now.
ScanLab is a standalone app powered by AI for ultrasound scanning practice. It will be released in the U.S. in the near future, the company said.
The firm plans to showcase the two new modules at the American College of Emergency Physicians (ACEP) meeting in Philadelphia.
