Imaging Diagnostic gets IDE install

CT laser mammography developer Imaging Diagnostic Systems has installed its CTLM breast imaging system at the Elizabeth Wende Breast Clinic in Rochester, NY. The installation was made under the FDA's investigational device exemption (IDE) program, according to Ft. Lauderdale, FL-based Imaging Diagnostic. The FDA recently cleared the firm to place 10 systems at hospitals and clinics in the U.S.
