Finnish mammography vendor Instrumentarium reported net sales of $898.8 million in 2001, up 12% compared with the $800 million posted in 2000. For the year (end-December 31), the Helsinki-based vendor had net income of $63.2 million, compared with $40.8 million in 2000. The outlook ahead is stable, Instrumentarium said, and the company expects earnings growth in 2002.
