CTI faces shareholder lawsuits

Thermal breast imaging technology developer Computerized Thermal Imaging said today that a lawsuit has been filed in the U.S. District Court of Oregon alleging violations of U.S. securities laws.

Moreover, two additional lawsuits have been filed in the same court alleging substantially the same facts and violations, according to the Lake Oswego, UT-based vendor. CTI did not provide any information on the substance of the actions, but said that it believes the alleged violations are without merit, and that the company will vigorously defend itself.
