Sectra inks Canadian sales agreement

Swedish PACS and digital mammography vendor Sectra said it has signed a partnership with diagnostic imaging and mammography provider Xtron Imaging of Mississauga, Ontario.

Under the agreement, Xtron Imaging will become a distributor of Sectra's digital mammography system, Sectra MicroDose Mammography, in Canada. The device is pending U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) approval in the U.S., according to Sectra of Linköping.
