PenRad signs Bickford

Mammography information systems developer PenRad Technologies has appointed healthcare industry veteran Dan Bickford as executive vice president of sales and business development.

Bickford comes to PenRad after serving as co-founder and executive vice president at Confirma, which is now part of Merge Healthcare.
