PACS vendor RamSoft said that South African nonprofit organization PinkDrive has employed the firm's imaging workflow technology with its mobile mammography units.
PinkDrive is using RamSoft's imaging workflow software to facilitate immediate quality control of each study and to accelerate distribution to interpreting radiologists for diagnostic reporting, RamSoft said. The mobile mammography units provide free mammography screening to rural areas where women can't afford to visit doctors.
