Fuji donates mammo system to LA hospital

Fujifilm Medical Systems USA has donated and installed a new Aspire Cristalle mammography system at White Memorial Medical Center in Los Angeles.

The 353-bed hospital, which is part of the Adventist Health System, received the device on behalf of both Fujifilm and the National Breast Cancer Foundation (NBCF) to help meet the screening needs of women and assist in the early detection and diagnosis of breast cancer.

Since 2006, Fujifilm has donated $1.6 million to NBCF.
