Conn. Senate passes DBT reimbursement bill

The Connecticut Senate has passed a bill that would require insurance companies to pay for digital breast tomosynthesis (DBT) exams.

Sen. Joseph Crisco (D-Woodbridge) led the unanimous and bipartisan passage of the bill, which has already passed the state House of Representatives, according to an article on CT News Junkie.

The bill now goes to Gov. Dannel Malloy for signature.
