Fujifilm Medical Systems USA plans to unveil its new Aspire Bellus II mammography diagnostic workstation at the upcoming National Consortium of Breast Centers conference in Las Vegas.
The high-resolution display offers multimodality image viewing and supports 2D and tomosynthesis image comparisons, according to the vendor. Key features include current and prior image comparison, quadrant view, and invert, Fujifilm said. Aspire Bellus II also offers customized reading protocols and personalized configuration.
The workstation received 510(k) clearance from the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) in September 2017. The company plans to begin shipments in the second quarter of this year.
