TeraRecon

TeraRecon of San Mateo, CA, will showcase new upgrades for its Aquarius Workstation and AquariusNET product lines.

Version 3.5 of Aquarius Workstation will be highlighted, which includes a number of new tools and software enhancements. For cardiac visualization, the software now performs soft-plaque quantification, cardiac MRI studies, and left atrium characterization for pulmonary vein ablation planning. For endovascular imaging, new techniques include advanced vessel analysis, 3D stent-graft planning, and reporting for treating complex aneurysms.

In addition, high-end workstation applications can now be launched and reviewed from the AquariusNET thin-client system. This enables AquariusNET users to take advantage of existing PACS software.

Version 1.7 of AquariusNET includes software improvements such as bone removal, vessel planning and stenosis review, and perspective rendering views during fly-through navigation. Other enhancements include registration for multimodality and multidata visualization, PET/CT fusion, support for multiple monitors with hanging protocols, and the ability to make "scenes" from any PC client.
