Biomarker developer VirtualScopics reported that its fiscal 2005 (end-December 31) revenues rose to approximately $3.5 million, a 38% increase over fiscal 2004 sales of $2.5 million, according to the Rochester, NY-based firm.
The firm's net loss for the year was $2 million, an improvement compared with net losses of $2.4 million from the prior year, the company said.
